Payments

Payments are due monthly in advance and must be made by the 1st day of each month in line with the contractual agreement entered into with RAW Combination FTC.

Cancellations

Cancellations need to be made 24 hours before, if you cancel on the day it will be a forfeit on you.

How often should I workout?

It depends on the person. For beginners, we recommend 3 times per week. For a more conditioned person, perhaps 4ish times per week. The most important thing is to listen to your body. If you feel great, come and workout. If you feel a little sore, let your coach know, and we can help you out!

I am out of shape & am worried this is too intense.

First, the intensity is all relative to yourself and no one else. Second, as a beginner your goal isn’t intensity, but good technique and setting a good routine. Once you’ve been working out for a few weeks, and have a good routine, then your goal becomes hitting the WOD’s hard!

I am a woman and don’t want to get bulky.

Don’t worry, you won’t. It’s hard enough for men to become ‘bulky & buff’ on their own. Women have a very different hormonal make up, so there is no need to worry about bulkin’ up. If you don’t trust us, just Google ‘CrossFit Women’.

What if I have an injury or have developed one training?

Every single CrossFit workout is scalable. Unless you are bed ridden, our Coaches can work with you and work around your limitations.

What to

CHECK-IN: 15 minutes before class. BRING:  yoga mat, gloves, wraps and a skipping rope. WEAR: Workout clothes & shoes.

Do I still need to go to another gym?

Defiantly not. CrossFit combines all aspects of physical fitness. Incorporating another routine will only burn you out.

Should I be taking supplements?

If you are eating great food, you should be able to take in all the necessary vitamins and minerals that your body needs.

Can I come and do my own workouts?

No. We run our program in our group classes. This program is designed to be a whole fitness program. If you are desperate to get in and work out on your own terms, be on the lookout for our ‘Open Box’ sessions.
