Cancellations need to be made 24 hours in advance, if you cancel on the day you will forfeit that session.
It depends on the person. For beginners, we recommend 3 times per week. For a more conditioned person, perhaps 4 times per week. The most important thing is to listen to your body. If you feel great, come and workout. If you feel a little sore, let your coach know, and we can help you out!
First, the intensity is all relative to yourself and no one else. Second, as a beginner your goal isn’t intensity, but good technique and setting a good routine. Once you’ve been working out for a few weeks, and have a good routine, then your goal becomes training hard!
Don’t worry, you won’t. It’s hard enough for men to become ‘bulky & buff’ on their own. Women have a very different hormonal make up, so there is no need to worry about bulking up.
Every single workout is scalable. Unless you are bed-ridden, our Coaches can work with you and work around your limitations.
CHECK-IN: 15 minutes before class. BRING: yoga mat, gloves, wraps and a skipping rope. WEAR: Workout clothes & shoes.

Definitely not. Combination training combines all aspects of physical fitness. Incorporating another routine will only burn you out.
If you are eating great food, you should be able to take in all the necessary vitamins and minerals that your body needs.
No. We run our program in our group classes or private sessions. This program is designed to be a whole fitness program.
