The definition of a warrior Mindset….
Those who place themselves in harms way are consistently told to focus, concentrate and utilize the warrior mindset. However, rarely are they trained on HOW to accomplish this. It is often assumed that mental toughness will automatically result from physical and tactical training. This is not always true but mental toughness skills can be trained directly.
Warrior Mindset presents psychological techniques and training to develop Mental Toughness, the survival Mindset and a hardened focus. The goal is to integrate psychological with physical and tactical training to add a dimension that is often overlooked, but necessary to achieve maximal performance excellence. If you only talk about mental toughness but don’t actively train it, you haven’t developed the complete warrior.
BAG WORK It's the perfect blend of maximum fat burning accompanied by conditioning. The muscles in the arms, shoulders, chest, back, legs, and core are all engaged during a heavy bag training session, making it an effective full-body workout. With a heavy bag, you can practice punching the bag with the greatest possible force which, over time, improves your upper body strength and power.
Envision working at a steady pace, nonstop from the minute the bell rings, and then, seamlessly transitioning to a whole new level of greatness. Whether you're training for a fight or fighting off those extra KG's, focused bag work, partner work, footwork drills, mirror drills, & more!

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING every class is strategically designed to focus on each muscle group essential for strengthening, toning, & building a foundation of long, lean muscles through the use of kettlebells, dumbbells, battle ropes, resistance bands and more!
The term 'strength and conditioning training' refers to the format of exercise which highlights building the strength, size as well as endurance of skeletal muscles. To undertake strength and conditioning training, you need to utilise resistance to muscular contraction so as you can achieve the desired results.
Your entire body will thank you, plus, you might turn a couple more heads the next time you're at the beach.

SPARRING Stepping into the ring so to say with us for a safe sparring experience. You will be guided through drills as you practice controlling your punches, reacting defensively, applying your footwork, and putting together combos.
Remember, sparring is not fighting.
The purpose of sparring is to make both you and your partner better. You should be trying to work and flow with one another, while at the same time developing better reaction time and enhancing your skills.
