Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar.

Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but minimal body fat.

EAT PROTEIN:

• Organic Grassfed beef

• Organic Free Range chicken and turkey

• Pasture Raised Pork, Wild Caught Fish/Seafood

EAT  HEALTHY FATS:

• Monounsatured: avacodo, olive oil, some nuts and seeds

• Saturated: fats from grassfed beef, coconut, grassfed dairy

EAT CARBOHYDRATES:

• Starch sources: sweet potatoes, squashes

• Vegetables: all varieties unlimited

• Fruit: berries are optimal

AVOID:

• Wheat/Gluten/Flour products

• Alcohol

• Sugar: artificial, substitutes, high fructose corn syrup

•             Pasturized dairy products

•             Toxic Fats: canola oil, vegetable oil, trans fats/ margarine

•             Most processed foods

•             Fast Food
